Kids' Athletics Academy Classes

Our Kids' Athletics Academy is held in the world-class National Indoor Athletics Training Centre, and focuses on the athletic fundamentals of running, jumping and, throwing skills and activities.

We're excited to announce a brand-new Little Athletics Class on Thursdays at 3pm, along with our regular Sessions on Mondays and Tuesdays at 3pm!

Little Athletics
Little Athletics is for 2 - 5 year olds working on their ABC fundamentals agility, balance and co-ordination as well as the athletic fundamentals running, jumping and throwing.

For 5 - 8 year-olds who are looking to develop from “Little Athletics” and are looking to develop their skills towards club level ability.

Kids' Multi-Sport Academy Classes

Our Multi-Sport kids' academy develops the key fundamentals of sports movement in children. Using fun sports activities and games, the 10-week programme gives youngsters the key building blocks for all sports.

Led by expert coaches in an elite and world-class facility, this academy is the perfect starting point for your child's sporting life.

*We've introduced a brand-new Multi-Sport Academy Class on Thursdays at 4pm, along with our regular Sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 5pm.

Pentathlon Pathway

Our Pentathlon Pathway programme in partnership with Pentathlon Ireland is designed for young athletes aged 10 to 15 years. This programme is perfect for those who want to take the next step from recreational training to a competitive or club environment, focusing on running, obstacle navigating, fencing and laser shooting.

With regular check-ins and opportunities to work closely with Pentathlon Ireland, this could be your child's stepping stone towards the world of competitive pentathlon!

Our Weightlifting Programme offers a fun, social, and rewarding approach to strength training, using Olympic weightlifting techniques like snatch, clean, and jerk.
