They did not offer appropriate non dairy alternatives and would not allow drinks to be brought in from the coffee shop beside them, which did provide the appropriate non dairy alternative, as no food or drink was allowed which was not purchased in the premises was allowed. This would have been fine if we had not seen countless people bring in bottles of coke, water, 7up etc. They did not apply the same rule to everyone. Very unprofessional as there was no reason for the cold drinks to be bought elsewhere, there is obviously a reason for dairy free alternatives.
With three kids under 6 I found this a fantastic, bright clean soft play are. Cafe is nice for a hot or cold drink and you can still see the kids while you drink it. Nice clean toilets and really helpful staff
Great place for kids and as well for parents! Lovely, friendly staff. Not too costly! Many places, many opportunities for kids to entertain themselves! Will definitely go back again! I would like to mention it was all nice and clean!
