Hillsborough Castle is a Georgian mansion house which sits at the heart of Hillsborough Village, located near Belfast. It holds a unique place in Northern Ireland’s history and since 1922 it has served as its official royal residence. The castle is surrounded by 96 acres of beautiful gardens comprising peaceful woodland, meandering waterways and ornamental formal gardens.
