The Arranmore Ferry
Why not treat yourself to an exciting boat trip to Arranmore Island. Travel in comfort and style on our brand new boat The Arranmore Blu where you will enjoy a 15-minute scenic journey across to the island departing from Burtonport pier. Onboard we have a coffee/tea machine, toilet facilities suitable for reduced mobility and free WIFI. Take in the amazing views along the way from our spectacular upper deck with seating area or the indoor accommodation. Along the way it is not unusual to be accompanied by dolphins.
Once there take a short 5-minute walk from the pier to a beautiful safe sandy beach, a fun playground and plenty of space for picnics and outdoor learning/activities.
Arranmore Island is part of the Arranmore-Burtonport Blueway. Take a walk or drive around the island and take in the beauty of our island.
